Hill 'N Vale is a small condominium complex located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. The property affords spectacular views of the Moat Mountain Range and Ledges and is the conservator of approximately 50 acres of a scenic easement along the Saco River with views up the valley to Mount Washington. Access is granted through the property each winter for the Mount Washington Valley Cross Country Ski Touring Association for part of a 100km trail system laid out through the valley.
